About the Book

God I'm Busy

What if it were true that God has been very active in your lives, intervening on your behalf, blessing you, and speaking to you, but you either didn’t hear it or couldn’t remember it? For the majority of you this is true. You need to be freed from something you didn’t even know had you captive.

In the book, God I’m Busy, I will show you that while you’re capable of hearing and remembering your interactions with God, our busy, distracted, multi-tasking culture is usually preventing us from doing so.

The book, God I’m Busy, will free you from your “busyness” and distractions and show you how to live a more focused life, a more fulfilling life, a life full of God’s awesome faithfulness.

Learn how to gain a multitude of your own stories of God’s faithfulness to share with your children, grandchildren and others.

Alan Bias

Alan Bias is an inspirational speaker, social entrepreneur, former pastor, and now author of God I'm Busy. Alan was raised in a quiet northern community in Indiana among Amish buggies, cornfields, Notre Dame's Fighting Irish and Indiana (Hoosier) basketball. In his youth he traveled all over the world with Up With People and in 1990 attended bible school before becoming a pastor at New Creation Fellowship in Denton, Texas. He spent six years serving as president of the Denton Gospel Mission Homeless Shelter for Men and founded the Salvation Army Women and Children's Shelter and The Second Step Home, a Christ-centered drug and alcohol rehabilitation home. With a heart for evangelism, he organized and led several community outreaches in Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas and other communities in the DFW Metroplex. Alan has led mission trips into Mexico, preaching the Gospel while providing training for workers with teaching and counseling. He was a pastor at Sojourn Church in North Dallas from 1999 to 2006 before becoming a ministry and business consultant. He is currently in the process of developing an online application designed to enhance every Christian’s faith across cultural, denominational, and generational boundaries. The application is the culmination of the concepts in this book, God I'm Busy.
